Step 1
Initial phone screen with a Recruiter

Each hiring process is unique and depends on the stakeholders involved and seniority level. However, here are some general tips on how to best prepare for the interview process:
Why do you want to join us? What is your motivation?
What value (past projects) do you bring to Ultimate, and especially to the role you applied for?
How do your personal values align with your company values?

Take-home Tech task

Technical Interview
Duration: 60 minutes
Interview partner: 2 peers
In this interview, we will discuss your task solution and deep dive into your technical competence.
Peer Interview
Duration: 30 minutes
Interview partner: one of your future teammates

Team-fit Interview
Duration: 60min
Interview partner: CTO and Engineering Manager
Case Study with final presentation or Final Interview with stakeholder
