we have taken the liberty to map out your General Onboarding Roadmap 🚆
Here is an overview of all the Onboarding Sessions the People have organised for you, which should generally take place in the first two weeks of your ultimate journey 🚀
🤚🏻 A few things before we jump in:
👉 Having said that, you don’t have to attend all the sessions in your first month! We understand that sometimes life happens and there are more important meetings. However, we do recommend the participation in all sessions.
👉🏽 Not all sessions listed here are compulsory for everyone. In general, people from the engineering team have to attend one or two more sessions than the other. We will specify that in the table down here
👉🏽 We are learning as we go! so feel free to tell us if we are missing something. If you personally think we should add another session to our roadmap, or that we should fix the structure of the Onboarding session, drop us a Slack message!
👉🏽 Ask questions! No question is a bad question. We try to make the session as interactive as possible so feel free to shoot your questions if you have some.

Onboarding Session: Customer Success and bot building 🤖 | All employees | Training and Knowledge Coordinator | Once per month | Beginning of the month | Other than the development team itself, the Customer Success Management team works the closest with our product. In this session, Joyce will give an introduction of the Customer Success Management team as well as introduce you to our Dashboard. You will have the chance to work on your own bot! in the same day, in the afternoon, you will take part in a mini break-the-session! |
