When it comes to Onboarding new ultiMATEs,

there are two kinds of Onboarding processes that take place at the same time.

 

General Onboarding 🙆🏽

  • The General Onboarding aims at giving you knowledge about ultimate.ai as a whole and its departments to equip you with everything you need to feel informed and belonged here 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻.

 

  • Our People Team is responsible for organising the General Onboarding.

 

  • The General Onboarding portion is predominant at the beginning of your onboarding journey.

Department Onboarding 🙋🏼

  • The Department Onboarding aims at giving you knowledge about your department, your team and your task to equip you with everything you need to do your job 🧑🏽‍🏫.

 

  • Your manager/mentor and your team are responsible for your Department Onboarding.

 

  • The Department Onboarding portion slowly grows predominant as your onboarding journey proceeds.
