Our CTO Simon and CSO Jaakko run our Engineering Boat. Jaakko is one of the co-founder of Ultimate and has been the brain of our AI since back then! Simon joined our team later on with years of experience being a CTO at Clue or travel audience.
The Product boat is sailed by our very own VP of Product Udi Miron and his companion Bagel 🥯

Team structure 📚
Within the Engineering team there exist Chapters and Cross Functional Team. The Cross Functional Teams (xfn-Teams), decide with their Project Manager on what to do to fulfil their purpose. The Chapter decides on the how.

xfn-Teams: Virtual Agent, Integration (CRM) , Conversation Design.
