The General Onboarding portion is predominant at the beginning of your onboarding journey.
Department Onboarding 🙋🏼
The Department Onboarding aims at giving you knowledge about your department, your team and your task to equip you with everything you need to do your job 🧑🏽🏫.
Your manager/mentor and your team are responsible for your Department Onboarding.
The Department Onboarding portion slowly grows predominant as your onboarding journey proceeds.
