Paid vacation days are days for which an employee is paid when they take time off from work. We provide paid time off to employees as a benefit, to provide longer periods of time for employees to rest and recuperate outside of work.
An ultiMATE is entitled to 28 vacation days, no matter where they are.

However, you can also take more vacation days than you are entitled to. In the very unlikely event that this happens and you leave the company during the probation period, we will have to deduct the difference in your pay check.
