We only have one earth!

Ultimate’s environmental consciousness starts with the smallest gestures: We try our best to create a environmentally friendly office space by choosing service providers with proven positive social and environmental impact and to reduce our company’s CO2 footprint as much as we could.

What we have done so far 🤝

  • As a tech company, we are very conscious of where our energy comes from: Our energy provider is a sustainable one - greenpeace energie.

  • Our official company phone will be provided by WEtell - a star and a unicorn in their field. 🦄

  • Plants? In the office? A LOT! we are on the way to set up a jungle - not really, but nearly. 🌱

  • We are not only coffee lovers we are also drinking a lot of tea. Our coffee bean provider is quijote.kaffee and we love the tea brand pukka: both brands taking their bio & ecology responsibility seriously.

  • Most of the food products in the office are vegan (e.g. We don’t stock dairy product)and we love to buy them from SHARE and support the 1 + 1 principle.

  • Our bottle deposits are donated to those in need via Pfandgeben.de.

  • We separate waste in the office and educate our employees to follow suit.

  • Our lovely & super professional cleaning company pays over subsistence wage, works with 100% biologically degradable products and a refill system - we couldn’t be happier with them.

  • We use a hygienic, sustainable towel system in the bathroom.

  • We integrated a genius creative paper in the restrooms provided by Goldeimer - of course with a social mission and impact.

  • We support cleanups and so it just makes sense for us to use wild trash bags made from wild plastic.

  • We love to give rewards to our colleagues: If you win a challenge or refer someone to us: There is always the choice to donate to your favourite association or foundation - you need help to decide which one? → write your People team a message and you will get inspiration. 💯

What we plan to do 💡

  • We are on the way to implement a sustainable way to use our coffee ground from the office.
