These statements you see here are our commitments to each of the values, internally and externally. But order to walk the walk and not just talk the talk, we give it our best to make our values the true North Star in everything we do, including policy-making as well as operations routines (e.g. all of our career frameworks are based on the four values; we schedule a compulsory Culture Onboarding session as part of our General Onboarding etc.). We lead through context, not control, and value autonomy, flexibility and the ability for any individual to take ownership and act to create value for our customers and company. We trust each other to deliver on our promises to colleagues and customers alike. We trust ourselves to set the bar high, to make our own best decisions, and to take accountability for any behaviour that falls short of this. Valuing trust also means we set the bar high in hiring and only retain people who enable us to fully and completely trust in each other.

Externally... trust is a guiding principle for all our communications and our customer interactions. Our messaging focuses on how we can build trust, and we strive to humanise and demystify both our product and our people to further earn this trust. We believe in “show, don’t tell” and are open and transparent about what our technology can do and are proud of the value it brings. We are building a brand that lasts and value the trust placed in us by our customers, partners and investors.

 

Internally... impact is about driving innovation through the actions we take and the results we create. At ultimate.ai, we embrace proactivity and we reject passivity. We fuel each other’s confidence because, together, sky's the limit. We value results over hard work and always prioritise to tackle the projects and metrics that matter most.

Externally... impact is our overarching aim, the ultimate goal. We are driven by creating real value for our customers, partners and industry. We do not settle and always strive to be the best we can be. We view new challenges as opportunities to learn and improve and are excited by the prospect of bringing something new to the table. We are ruthless in measuring the value we create and build strategies and products according to their potential impact. Every team member contributes to our customer-first mindset through a deep understanding of our product, industry and vision. We always align with other departments and teams to bring this vision to life.

 

Externally… customer success is what motivates us to make customer priorities our priorities. We prioritize our customers' experience and value above all else and measure our success in terms of theirs. We tie our product development and our marketing messages to our customers’ unique wants and needs. And we consistently seek out new ways to give back and to add value to them, with the aim of building valuable, long-term relationships.

 

Internally… ethics is how we foster a diverse, inclusive and happy workplace. At ultimate.ai, our global team respects one another’s differences and works to cultivate a sense of belonging for all. We lean into our Nordic roots and practice a “no-ego”, transparent and open culture. We put our team’s needs before our own and are always ready to support each other. Just as we help each other and push each other, we also celebrate our wins together.
